OK I WANT TO BOOK YOU – LETS GO!

We want you to really love our service and we’re sure you will.. But excuse us while we take a moment to be all growed up and bring out the ‘Small Print’… which isn’t actually that small (we used font size 12) and doesn’t take that long to read… Please do read it though because its important and will help avoid tears all round!



BE PREPARED

Please be aware that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their venue can accommodate the photographer for the type of shots you want. Especially if you’re getting married at a traditional Church or other religious venue – please ensure your venue is aware the photographer will be attending and ask if they have any special requirements. For example: many churches do not allow flash photography and some don’t allow any photography at all during the ceremony. It is really helpful if you can provide us with the name of your contact at the venue who is overseeing your event.

SHOW ME THE MONEY!

Processing hundreds of photos and maintaining wedding-quality photographic equipment isn’t free – and that’s where the payment part comes in. Chickens, a ticket for the Titanic, a goat or two would do but to be honest money is probably better. A 20% (min. £100) deposit is payable upon booking to reserve the date that you have requested, with full payment due 30 days before your event. We prefer payment through Paypal.

IT’S NOT YOU, IT’S ME…

Bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before an event are regrettably non-refundable. For cancellations made before this time a full refund will be given for your final payment, although the booking deposit is non-refundable. Should customers wish to cancel our services we request that as much notice as possible is given.
